Nothing was good about my stay at this hotel

I walked in there was cockroaches crawling all over the furniture, I called the front desk because the television didn't work and he hung up on me. 2 hours after my check-in they finally moved my room

Yes.? 1. When i arrived, was told there was no open room for me even with reservation. Then looked on computer and said was 1 room available but no tv or fridge. Then tried to charge additional $7 over what i paid already!

Absolutely nothing!!!!!!! This place is nasty dirty, even if you book & pay online when you get there & check in the owner threatens you to pay an additional $10 or $20 for a deposit or he?s not giving you the room!!!

Employees that stayed there attempted to scam us for even more money threatening bodily harm and using a pit bull for intimidation had to contact Vandalia Police dept., they did nothing. Contacting attorney now.

Cigarette burns and holes in the blankets. Desk chair had no back to it. They didn?t have any body wash or shampoo/ conditioner bottles. Wash clothes was wet with brown stains. Didn?t even have a coffee maker in the room. Walls were dirty.

Burn holes in carpet and blanket. Halls smelled like marijuana. Furniture in room broken and ran down. Probably the worst place I?ve ever stayed.

No microwave in room,cockroaches,mice,dirty linen,locks on doors broke ,air conditioner barely works and was loud as a car with a knocking moter,the people working there are short on any kind of hospitality and communication skills,sick place

Rude service, not clean & roaches, no clean towels, stayed 3 nights consecutive, no housekeeping, other guests disturbed our peace and almost got attacked by a pitbull staying in the room next to us 3 times

I go every week and every week I order a SMOKING room as my boyfriend smokes and they kept our deposit saying we had a non smoking room but when I ordered the room online as I do every week! Then when I tried to explain this to the lady she was rude!

The fact that I was able to receive my deposit back

Staff, stained sheets, charged extra money for 6 hours when we rechecked in.. bed bugs. The room had bed bugs..items in vending machine were outdated.

The staff is really rude and they make u pay charges that were not originally talked about.... They want a non refundable 20$ deposit for a non smoking room that has been smoked in the sheets are disgusting

The Marijuana smoke in the supposed smoke free building. The broken window in my room. The broken towel bar in the bathroom. The 2 urine soaked beds. The comforter that coveted the massive pee stains was adequate. Hotel refused to give me a refund

Smell of cannabis, the bugs, handle pieces missing off the dresser, window cracked, carpet with stains and cigarette burns, sheets stain spots, everything just smelled funny.

Room was ok. I enjoyed leaving!

The place was hidden and the entrance was in the back in the dark.I had to pay a $20 deposit for the room. You could only enter at the end of the building (fire Hazard). Paint falling in the room with no Coffee,micro. & 1pc of soap? Booo!
