The Roscoe

Love this cute little boutique. Loved the room design. And the large wicker basket for laundry.

The motel was right off of the main route. Easy check in and check out.Room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. And no bugs! Something I'm always worried about when staying at a hotel.

The only negative thing was that you enter your room from the outside and there is a second floor, so I didn't like carrying our bags up the steps to the second floor

All the personal touches, balloon cookies, the in shower dispense, hand foam soap, hot chocolate mix, the flooring, the excellent decor, softest bed ever, and so very quiet. Thank you. ;)

The refrigerator did not work.

Comfortable, easy check in/out, clean, nice amenities, nice shower.

the lighting in the room was rather harsh.

Not that I didn’t like but have never stayed in a facility with no staff. Contact numbers were provided, but literally no one there. Got a text on check in day with code to the room and all worked fine. It was just a different experience

This place was in a good location. The bed was comfortable, and it was decorated nicely. I would stay here again

The only complaint i have is that I don't think the bathroom was cleaned. There were toenail clippings in the bathroom floor, and the inside of the toilet was diry

Beautiful decor, clean, spacious, attention to detail. Bed very comfortable.

The room was beautiful. Beds very comfy. Loved the added treat for our dog. Name brand coffee and creamer. Free snacks. Great overall experience.

Very clean and the beds slept good.

Shower doesn’t regulate the hot and cold water so you may get surprised with a dose of either.

The rooms were clean and newly updated. I appreciated that the rooms were not carpeted and had a smart tv. The hotel was convenient to Roscoe Village, which has some nice restaurant options.

The hotel is closer to a busy road than I would have preferred.

We loved it was so clean an nice. Was easy to find. An was comfortable.

No breakfast was offered but I did appreciate the snacks and water!

I didn't understand that I would have to bring my own tv log ins to watch tv - but i finally found a local free station and could watch

The location is excellent, close to the highway with easy access. The room was nicely clean and well furnished. Little touches, such as ceramic boutique logo cups, facial washcloths, a comfortable leather sofa, bottles of water, and information on local attractions.

It took a long time for the water to get hot, but once it did, it was fine. The toilet became plugged, but as soon as I texted the owners, they came right away and fixed it.

Clean, quiet & comfortable place to stay while visiting Coshocton & the surrounding area. Within walking distant to Roscoe Village

The hotel is clean, accessible, and close to attractions in and around Coshocton, Ohio. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable.

Everything was great

No breakfast, but there were plenty of places to eat close by. Close to Roscoe Village. This weekend, there was a "Knape In" at the fairgrounds.

The rooms were beautiful, the patio was marvelous I loved how you could have a fire out there (and wood was provided!) I wish I could have stayed longer I really enjoyed my stay

the mirrors could have been cleaner, but everything else was spotless! really no complaints!

When we entered our room we had snacks and water set on the table for us just in case we needed something and that meant a lot to me after driving 12 hours straight

Everything was wonderful there was nothing not to like
