Pros +

Clean and safe. Great location for restaurants and shopping.
Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure all our needs were meet
I liked the outdoor seating by the fire

Cons -

Even after paying --- for a room we had to pay an additional 10 to park in the parking lot. The building sounded like it was going to fall down as though the structure was cracking. It was clean at first glance but definitely needs a deep cleaning ASAP
Not enough parking spots.
