Just a good feeling and atmosphere. the chef was very helpful Day Shawn, cooked excellent bacon along with the rest of breakfast. plenty of restaurant's around location of Hotel. easy to get to of interstate.
don't hang your towel over shower door, for it will get caught in rollers. when we checked in the male staffer was very blasé. later that evening and morning very cordial. the k-cup coffee maker was a little hard work. you wouldn't think so.

Hotel is in a good area, the outside was well maintained, lobby clean, staff super nice and friendly, room was nice and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Location was great for the zoo and aquarium! The staff was amazingly friendly and very nice. Room was clean
The heater for the pool and hot tub were out. Being that this was a family trip and have 2 children it was the main reason we booked with Hilton Gardens, and the pool and hot tub were not functioning. The carpets in the hallway to our room on the 4th floor had some big stains... not what I expect from a Hilton property, but not a huge problem. Beds were a little saggy, and pillows a bit lumpy but still not a huge problem... it was disappointing that no one offered a discount for our family entertainment being cancled without notice... again it was the only reason we booked this location specifically. I guess you have to call in advance to see if hotels pool's are functional, even though they showcase it as one of thier key features.

Good location, hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful.
My car was stolen from the parking lot. This isn't the hotel's fault and they were very helpful as I had to stay an additional two days to deal with everything.

Great location near a lot of restaurants, shopping centers. Great bar on site just opened back up since Covid very Friendly staff.
The bathroom and bed. What I would like to see is the bathtub to be a walk-in shower instead of shower bathtub. The beds where clean but very uncomfortable hard mattress.

This is a very nice,clean hotel, and great location.
I found out when checking in they're pool and hot tub were closed. I would have chose a different hotel had I known ahead of time,because that is something I wanted,majority other hotels have their poolsopen.Bothpeople at deskmademe feel unacknowledged.

Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices, everything was fresh and the staff was extremely friendly. Our room was large and comfortable. The location is great! It is close to the mall and lots of restaurant options.
The spa tub was large enough to fit two people and the water was nice and hot. The TV in that area was a bonus but the jets in the spa tub didn't work. Our room needed to be cleaned. We found wrappers on the floor and crumbs in our bed. It wasn't terrible but not very clean. The pool and hot tub were not open, that was very disappointing.
