The staff was friendly and efficient.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Window seat in the room is beautiful (and comfy). All the free extras were so cute (drip coffee/waters and free water stations/snacks). So many options for stuff do rent and do (COSI passes).

The fact that I could t be there
No simple meals. Only heavy meals for lunch. Coffee shop should offer a light lunch with a hot soup option. Too many college kids hanging out in the lobby. I did not feel comfortable enough to just sit in the lobby and enjoy a nice beverage.
it was a bit far away from any late night food options and convenience stores for hotel snacks

Yes they confirmed my booking twice. Then two days before a concert the hotel cancelled my reservation. Without explanation
