- The check-in hostess was very kind and friendly. She made my family and I feel right at home right away.
- Great location - the convention center is right across the street - it's close to several great places to eat and the North Market is just a few steps away,
- The front desk (He has been there 20 yrs) was the absolute best. Top notch customer service!!!
Cons -
- The only negative is that there is only valet parking and it's $42 per night which I felt was pricey since there were no other options.
- Temp of pool
- Is it too bad they do not have self parking, but the valets were very accommodating with allowing you access to your vehicles in the garage
