Close to location.

The room was hot, so I tried to raise the temperature of room and it wouldn’t adjust.

Excellent check in experience with a very gracious and helpful employee. Room was spacious, especially the bathroom. Comfy bed.

The hotel was centrally located to everything. The staff was great and very helpful! We could not have asked for a better hotel!!!

Maybe more breakfast choices like more fresh fruit, almond milk, oatmeal.

There was no bath tub just a shower

Staff was very friendly.

Bathroom was not senior friendly, toilet to low, bathtub did not have anti-slip bottom, not enough bars to hold onto while showering. Had to request clean towels and have trash removed daily.

no screens in windows, even though I could open them, was not able to rake advantage of the warmday. Front desk staff person was flat and unwelcoming.

Always have a really nice time staying at this hotel. It is kept clean, comfortable and the staff is always great.

Nothing other then the new addition of charging 20% deposit and then waiting for it to come off my credit card.

There is someone at the front desk all night, just in case you need any assistance. The complementary breakfast, was very nice. Most places only offer something like coffee, a muffin or cereal as breakfast. But this hotel had an entire buffet spread to choose from. The atmosphere of the entire hotel, felt very warm & inviting.

The hotel was spectularly clean. The staff was amazingly friendly, and the breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel!

The only complaint I could possibly have is that the rooms could be soundproofed a little better. We could here the people walking in the room above us and the person in the room next to us.

Clean and classy hotel. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional! Nice pool and hot tub. Good value for the money.

Refrigerator in room was hard to open. Door was sticking.

room walls could have been cleaner, room could have been quieter.

The employee responsible for breakfast called in sick, but the lady at the front desk (Debbi) worked extremely hard to provide everyone with a nice selection of food and drinks. Spacious and clean rooms and a great staff!

The cleanliness. It was a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly. We unfortunately, didn't.get to enjoy the breakfast but I heard it was fabulous.

I didn't sleep great. I am sure if it was the bed, pillows, or me.
