Cons -

- The bed is very old, bouncy, and we didn't sleep at all. No darkening shades so the streetlights shine through the room all night. No cable. No hot water. No independent temperature control. Very steep stairs. Microwaved Breakfast without diet requests.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous and the king bed was the most comfortable we ever slept on. The breakfasts were phoenominal. If and when we return to the Cleveland area we will stay here!
NOTHING!
Booked a night to unwind. It was An escape I didn't know I needed. Beautiful and quaint. Hospitality was a phenomenal. Breakfast was delicious and tea room was a delight. Bed was cozy and comfortable and the décor was a blast back in time. I Will be back!
Such a lovely inn. The tea room is spectacular, and the breakfast is amazing. The room is clean and comfortable.
staff very cooperative - Hotel employee a charm to work with you. Delicious breakfast. comfortable bed. nice smoking deck.
Room very cramped, although they did what they could with such a small space in an older building. Huge dresser etc big headboard made room even smaller. Price was high for the size room offered
The inn was very charming. Our room had pleasant features including a deck and a large bathtub. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The mattress was a bit saggy and the bed didn't seem large enough to be queen-sized, as advertised. The inn seemed to be on the airport flight path and that caused some noise.
Friendly staff, fabulous breakfasts, nice room.
The air conditioning took a long time to cool the room down. It seemed a bit old.
Staff is excellent. Very nice breakfast. Great location close to park, airport and city
Room was cramped. Bathroom door was an issue
Ou room was very clean and quiet. The warm, welcoming and helpful staff exceded expectations. Great location for access to any attraction in the greater Cleveland area and breakfast was delicious and ample.
We had no negative impressions of our stay
Anna is wonderful and the food is terrific!
Outstanding communication and care for the traveler.
Poor lighting in bathroom for putting on cosmetics could be my only complaint
