- Hotel was understaffed. You arrive to stairs and no doorman. A pile of cigarette butts out the front door. It continues in that vein from there.
- The parking situation and luggage drop off is not good. One has to check in first to get into the parking area and there was no easy was to park temporarily to check in.
- There was no A/C and there was a gas leak in the restaurant. The check in staff was rude and advised there would be no compensation for these items.

The manager does not reach out to you when requested. I finally spoke to one my last night there and that's because I ran into her in the lobby. The heating/cooling system was not working and I was not offered a fan. I had to ask for one my second night.
