- Yes, my reservation was made in error and there was absolutely NO consideration. I was supposed to be at the Intercontinental Hotel at the Cleveland Clinic. I?m 85 an a bit challenged They said ?this happens all the time?
- Guy checking me in had no mask, but told me at least twice he didn?t feel good and was just ?hoping? it was just allergies. Them Then the bathroom had something crazy sticky on the floor. I called twice to get someone to clean it and no one answered.
