- Overall it was a great experience but the staff were the best part of this hotel.
- breakfast and size of room
- The employees were the best.
Cons -
- Our heat didn?t work in our room so it was very cold.
- I am not sure that the room cleaner was as focused and thorough as they could be. The fitted sheet was not a good fit and had to be put back on a few times. An undershirt from a previous customer behind the bed was discovered when doing the sheet.
- Had a late check in, the room was dirty and the bed was not made and disgusting, there were no covers, the bathroom was dirty, and there was trash in the room.
