- Clean room, good breakfast, good easterly location

Cons -
- Beat up furniture, no desk in room, reserved room type (king suite) unavailable at check in, downgraded (2Q) without refund.
- Front desk staff less than helpful/knowlegable when a/c issue in room was brought to his attention. Changing rooms was not an option, as he stated we got the last room.
- The rooms haven't been updated in at least ten years. And they show it. The room was damp; the floor felt wet, you could feel it when you walked into the room. It smelled moldy. The ancient TV remote was disgusting. It's not a suite, either.
