Best Western Falcon Plaza - Bowling Green

Clean, roomy, private

Clean and quiet

Breakfast wasn't tended to. Everything was empty at 8am

It was clean, the food was great, the staff was helpful. Great location for our needs

Very clean, nice staff and a good breakfast.

Not really

Extremely comfortable beds and good location and a good breakfast

No elevator

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Good breakfast.

Bed was uncomfortable, mattress too hard. There is not an elevator in this hotel.

It was close to my swim meet, staff was great, offered water everytime we came through lobby, rooms were clean, and the breakfast was perfect for me and wife

Location , room size/cleanliness , hospitality, and Accommodations

Every aspect of this hotel was excellent: room, amenities, caring staff, breakfast, parking, hot tub, exercise room, and everything else. Even the hotel soap and shampoo set (something with argan oil) was amazing! A model hotel experience.

Excellent price and location .

Building is old and smells old but it¿s clean and well Maintained.

So close to stores, restaurants and all the activities I needed for the weekend.

Clean, quiet, nice room, near to everything.

Hotel employee welcomed us wonderfully. She walked us through the Covid options available.

The light fixture in the ceiling made a noise when people upstairs were walking...

Listed at a 2 1/2 stars was nowhere near that. Had holes in the sheets dirty and dingy towels along with sheets. Very old furniture scuffed up,had dust ruffle and top comforter looked dirty. during this time with Covid did not feel safe.

Close to our conference however with the road construction it made getting there very difficult.

Front desk clerk was very helpful and accommodating to get me a room that suited my needs. All staff we encountered were very nice and professional making sure our needs were met.

EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY. KUDOS TO CLEANING STAFF AND HOTEL EMPLOYEE@ FRONT DESK. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST SELECTION. HANDICAPPED ROOM WAS MORE THAN SUFFICIENT. VERY, VERY PLEASANT STAY.

NO - EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

The room was very clean, very well equipped and very comfortable

The breakfast could have been better and the shower was tight/small

Check-in was efficient and helpful. Our room was clean and updated with comfortable beds. Small table doubled as a desk and had sufficient plug-ins. Breakfast area was very nice and there were lots of options. McDonalds was within walking distance.

Room furnishings are not consistent. The room we had when we stayed here a few days earlier had a full sized desk and comfortable side chair which made it much more comfortable and functional.

Proximity to BGSU Staff helped with printing parking visitor pass for University
