Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bowling Green by IHG

Despite the terrible weather, staff and service was solid

Parking lot plows were slow to get there to clear snow from parking lot

The location is perfect when visiting my daughter at BGSU

The pool temperature was rather cold and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Juice machine wasn't working, no cinnamon rolls, no pancakes, scrambled eggs didn't taste good.

nice clean room.

pool was indoor and a little small. air conditioning was old school (worked well but a little noisy)

Breakfast bar was poorly managed, juice dispenser not working, several items not replaced when empty, nobody around to ask. Coffee not very good.

Updated and free breakfast

No restaurant options close.

Tv remote is totally confusing. Some buttons worked some didn?t. Water never got hot in shower, just lukewarm.

Location cleanliness The ROOM very large

They have taken bathtubs out of the hotel

Very clean room and friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet.

Quiet, clean rooms

Air quality in room was only ok, best when air conditioning was on full blast. Fixtures in newly renovated bathroom were mixed up - hot and cold water, and shower handle upside down.

Close to interstate.very clean. Good breakfast options

I like coming to the college town visit my son and not break my bank account AND still be in a safe clean place.

MAYBE better parking.

location, staff, clean room

The beds were HORRIBLE! They were like sleeping on boards with a little padding. The heater did not work. The room itself was dingy. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE $300+ I PAID FOR IT!

Efficient and very friendly staff.

The older wall in air conditioning was loud with some disturbing squeaky sounds.

Location

Rooms were super Dusty from construction. I out my towel on the counter to shower and it was FULL of drywall dust when I picked it up. Of course only one towel in room so I dried with a hand towel then. Also a room with 2 tvs and neither worked

Comfortable beds, clean, quiet, hot breakfast -- what's not to like?

Location was close to Bowling Green University with easy highway access and was very quiet.

Hotel rooms had a strong mildew smell. Room seemed clean and amenities were nice, but the smell throughout the hallways and rooms was definitely unpleasant.

The breakfast was pretty good. The eggs and sausage was good and hot.

My handicap room was on the second floor halfway through the hotel. It was hard for me to walk.

We had a great stay at the hotel - everyone and everything about the hotel was top notch. The front desk employee was friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. Room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable!

The breakfast was well stocked but a little bland.

Clean, convenient location, excellent breakfast. Beds were comfortable.

Minor complaint: Ice machine out of order on our floor.
