Rude staff in am hours, housekeeping knocked on my door even with a do not disturb sign at 9 am. We arrived at 130 am from out of state ! This is not ok

Definitely something wrong with the thermostat. When first checking into the room it was 60 degrees. After about an 1.5 hours it finally started to warm up. Through the night it switched & the room was 76 then couldn?t stop heat. Terrible night.

We were grateful they had a room. It was close to where our son lives, so it was perfect in that way.

The scrambled eggs looked damp.

Under construction, No hot tub, Exercise room, foyer, bathrooms only in rooms,.?.

Location and price

Everything was great except for the intoxicated individuals that were screaming and making noise from 2:30-3:30am.

The rooms are cozy and break was good with a variety of stuff to pick from.

The price of the pet stay was high.

We spent the week at Bowling Green university. Hotel was just seconds away. We were very busy and returning each night exhausted. Every day they had a fresh bowl of fruit out. This was a huge part in our stay, as we didn¿t have time to eat correctly each

Location walking distance to a number of restaurants, cleanliness, hotel staff, indoor pool & hot tub, fitness center, free parking, free breakfast.

No weights in fitness room.

The location was really good. Hotel seemed to be clean. Staff seemed nice enough but nothing out of the ordinary.

Bathroom and hot tub (and surrounding area) could use a little updating. Lobby area when you walk in looks like it is trying to be fancy or something, not a fan, doesn't match the rest of the hotel.

The staff was outstanding! Very friendly and helpful!!! Staff was terrific at the front desk!

Not sure what was up with the breakfast. The waffle mix and/or maker just wasn't working right. The waffles were not good. The eggs were fine, but the sausage patties were not cooked all the way. The long line for toast says a lot. Staff was great!

The hotel was conveniently located near the BGSU campus. It was clean and comfortable, in addition to the location.

The hot tub was hot on the first day, but lukewarm on days 2-3.

hanndicap parking should be split to both sides of entrance so that persons with canes, walkers do not have to go so far.

For Hilton hotel I was disappointed. Upon check in a man was complaining about beg bugs in his room, wanting his money back. The room was not clean, dirty carpet, smells musty and no refrig or microwave. Very pricey for nothing, best was location.

Clean room...no concern about any bedbugs, etc. Having the lovely choices for breakfast was impressive too! We did not have contact with anyone other than at the check in desk.

Service people where kinda rude to people and was rushing everyone whilr trying to get food

Breakfast was excellent and the food was constantly being replenished. The staff cleaned tables and was very friendly. Also liked that it is across the street from the BGSU campus.

The heating /air conditioning unit was noisy. Slept without it on. Could hear doors slamming and people in hallway.

It was a clean hotel. I got a good nights sleep with the mattress, and it was quiet all around. The blinds blocked out the light in the morning.

I was charged an extra $100 without any reason or explanation from the hotel. The charged was not authorized by me, and the management has yet to get back to me after making two calls to their front desk.
