No coffee maker in room Pool closed Work out room TV not working and smelled of chemicals Breakfast was lacking: Fruit selection was oranges only, bagel plan only, no hot sweet rolls, cheese omelets were not to temp-cheese still cold in middle.

Under construction and we were put in an old room. Had issues with the key lock entry the entire time and there was no safety latch on the inside.

It was undergoing a total renovation. Very dirty. Paint peeling everywhere - in room and common areas. Room smelled bad and was in disrepair. No door chain lock. Pool room was used as store room for construction equipment and materials - but pool open.

Staff was friendly and always willing to help.

The hotel was in the middle of a major renovation and that was not posted when making reservation. The room had a odd smell.

Upgraded room at check in. The room was a great size for our 1 year old to toddle around in.

Pool was very small, cold and salty for some reason. Hotel room still had beer and other beverages in the refrigerator.

Friendly staff and large rooms. Breakfast was nice with several protein options.

It was clean. The staff was friendly. The lady who prepares the breakfast was especially nice.

Staff was excellent. We arrived in a bad snowstorm which ultimately closed the roads. Friendly desk folks let us extend our checkout time from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm when roads reopened - at no additional charge. Will stay there again.

Close handicapped parking

The hotel needed a deep cleaning. They also dont have doors that open for wheelchairs so it was incredibly difficult to get in and out of the front doors of the hotel.

Great free breakfast with a good selection to choose from. The bed was comfortable.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broke.

It was decorated for the holidays.

It's definitely an older hotel in need of updating. The wind howled through the windows, the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor's conversation, and the toilet seat and towel rack were broken in our room.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, but it does have gas stations, fast food, and even a fireworks store within walking distance. I didn't know that there was a pool. I should have paid more attention. The breakfast was nice too.

I think it's weird they charged extra for 3 people in one room that has 2 queen beds.

Staff was really friendly, room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was less quality than expected.Also my online reservations somehow said I was coming in from Bangkok,had a different credit card listed,different phone #, very messed up.
