The television did not work in room 335

Quietness the rooms were. Able to sleep ¿¿ ¿¿¿¿ peacefully in the evening.

I thought I was going to be switch to a different room where it was cheaper cost. But that never happened. So I was charged for the two nights for the double beds.

The rooms and lobby are very clean and beautiful. I really like the patio area and the view of Pinecrest plaza.

Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbor's party all night.

This hotel is brand new. Everything is beautiful and its centrally located.

Because the hotel was so new, it did not appear on my GPS system. Please, before you travel, call the hotel to get a better reference point.

We stayed in this hotel one nightWhen I got charges for this night they included charge that I used the bar in the roomAnd they charged 20 dollarsIn fact the bar was emptyThey are not honest peopleI would not advise to stay thereThey are stealing money from customers They also said that breakfast was included, but nevertheless charged for very bad breakfast 36 dollars This is not a good hotel

Staff are apathetic, hardly smiling, and they don't show any enthusiasm in helping .

i like the cleanliness and smell of the hotel everything was spotless

the ice machine on our floor was out of order so we had to go to the next

Great location! Loved being able to walk out the door and grab coffee, get a pedi, do some shopping and grab meals. The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable.

Everything was great. We came to Cleveland for the eclipse. It was so nice that the staff dressed up for it and had little things to go with the eclipse.
