Close to the park way.
I stayed for a four-day weekend. The young man who checked me in very graciously took it upon himself to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs - highly unusual but very much appreciated! The room was clean and modern in design.
It had a good size fridge plus a microwave and tv. That's about all we liked.

Cons -

No extra lock on the door.
Needs renovation! Patched walls,dirty baseboards. NOISY cars & trucks in McD's drivethru feet away & road traffic plus stomping from walkway & stairs right above rooms. No blanket, just a sheet. Apparently have to ask? Parking not great. Paid too much$$
The Jericho Turnpike is right there & parking is in short supply
