Red Roof Inn Rochester - Henrietta

There wasn’t any soap at the sink. There was only one bath towel. There was damage to the walls and door frames. The deadbolt was not functional. There was excessive noise in the middle of the night. I paid over $--- for a $--- room.

Everything. No towels, no remote, mold in the shower, people hangout in front of your door and banging on the wall, no soap in the containers, etc. It seemed like you had to protect yourself because of the people hanging out your door and in the parking.

Low price

Dirty, cockroaches, drug activity in the parking lot.

Blood stained mattress, mattress pad (red not washed). Cockroach infestation that the hotel KNOWS about and lies to guests and threatens long term renters if they tell other guests they wont rent to them. There was a used drug syringe under the bed.

The shower didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. There was no safety latch on the door. There were crackheads fighting outside at 2:30 in the morning and there were tiles falling off the bathroom wall.

Absolutely nothing!

Everything! It was disgusting. Didn’t even stay. Was in there maybe two minuets. As soon as you opened the door the stench hit you. Walk in and the floors are super sticky. There was dried blood on the wall. Toilet had feces on the toilet seat. Gross

Literal dog poop (LOTS, not talking one) outside my door……like lots. Stepped in…..just awful

No iron,no hair dryer not enough clean linen

The toilet would not flush completely, for the duration of our overnight stay. The room smelled like smoke that was masked with air freshener. There was even a cigarette burn mark (and stains) on the comforter.

The room we got was fine.

The room has this mothball smell when we walked in the room. It looks like clean but the rug & the bed feels dirty.

They are pet friendly

The bedding was dirty with stains / the TV did not work / people outside always trying to ask for money / no one never answer front desk phone / room over all looks like second hand DIY maintenance to the room

Yes, Everything Complete filthy..Doesn't matter if it's a 2star or 3star to keep a room clean is NOT EXPENSIVE. The sheets were disgusting ..They changed our room ONLY for it to.be just as bas as the first

Price & Convenience.

I requested a late check-out and was granted and extra thirty minutes by the front desk. Apparently this was not communicated and another staff member rudely banged on the door repeatedly before the agreed upon 11:30am timeframe. I was highly perturbed.

The only thing I liked was the size of the room. Staff was not helpful management never on site. Still waiting days later to talk to management

The staff was not helpful. I told them my room smelled of cigarettes and they said they would come and check. They never came. My tv wasn?t working the day I arrived. I?m was told they would be working the next day. They didn?t work for 5 days stayed 7.

Price & location for a travel stop.

Coffee maker was not clean.

Roaches, 1st room TV didn't work 2nd room heater didn't work and Roaches 3rd room was ok

The location

My bed had bedbugs. I was told my rooms were non refundable and non exchangeable so I had to sleep on the floor my entire stay because I couldn?t get a different room and I couldn?t afford another hotel.

Starting with no chair at the desk. TV remote did not work, no luggage rack in the room, had to ask for towels each day.
