Rooms while clean, still felt/looked dirty. Desk lamp would not stay lit, no hangers. Ceiling looked like it was about to fall down; noise from people in the room above was evident/loud. This hotel and its rooms need to be gutted/rebuilt.

The plastic bed covers made it vary difficult to sleep good and the pillows were old and had stains on them and they wiped the picture down but not the mirror

Staff was nice. The room looked good.

When we turned the heater on it had an VERY strong urine smell. The hotel staff told us that e dry room had that issue.

The layout makes it easy to park near your room and to walk over for breakfast. The breakfast had some better options than some of the pricier places we have stayed.

The air conditioner and ceiling fan vent in the bathroom badly need to be cleaned. Thick amounts of dust and you can smell it when they are on. One of the decorative pillows had some stains and burn marks.

Convenient location for the activities planned in the area.

They are making strides to clean up the rooms, replacing rugs etc., but they have more work to do. The rooms are outdated, lacking in furniture and 1/2 pillows that are almost non existent when used.

This was for a quick getaway. I was plesantly surprised. The room was spacious,clean,well maintained and had all the amenities at half the cost of the other motels in the area. Easy access to the Thruway so getting around wasn't a problem.

Convenient, staff very friendly, clean. Was very pleasant stay.

Conveniently located just off the I90. Quiet setting. Had all the basic travel needs.

I didn't care for any of it. Dirty room no staff and when I did talk to staff they were rude

When we turn the ac on it first smelled like stale cigarettes and in time it smelled like old urine. The room smelled of old urine by the bathroom door.

Do not stay here! Nothing, very poor staff, dirty, overpriced. Charged $50 for my service dog. Breakfast sucks bad, nothing for diabetics. Do not stay here.

Drunk contractors staying at inn were partying and drunk all night. Charged $50 for my service dog. Rooms were dirty, the front desk lady doesn't care about anything other than making her dollars. Do not stay here.

Called ahead of time and asked if my room would have a mini fridge, they said yes. Got there and there was no mini fridge. Some damage to the walls, looked like water damage. In the morning house keeping was knocking way before check out time.

it felt dirty and air conditioning sucked in the smoker's smoke as the other guests sat near by smoking - as rooms were "non-smoking", so had to sit outside room to smoke. Closet space was near non-existing.

Breakfast was pleasant surprise.

Check in was organized and efficient. Room was clean and neat. Refrigerator and air conditioner worked well

The room was clean and neat. The mattress was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. It made for a very good night's sleep. The location was close to the highway so very accessible and easy to find. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

Not really anything to do with the hotel--but there weren't many options for a good dinner anywhere. We could hear some people walking above us that was a little loud at times.
