Very quiet & clean

The pool was closed the whole week. The breakfast was mediocre at best.the operation of the tv is confusing.

Had trouble with the noise above us with a child jumping on the floor till 11:15 at night but that is the people to take care of that. I keto a message but I don?t know if anyone go t it

Dont know if that was bad timing But Couldn't find the clerk for at least 5min as we tried to check in. no sign that says be back in a few.

Clean comfortable bed and a speedy check in quick and simple.the lady atthe front desk wore a big smile and was extremely professional friendly and nice

Dirty rooms, nasty bathrooms

The location, the outward appearance of the bldg and grounds. We had previously stayed there and always had a great time and felt we received value for the $ we spent to stay there

The hotel is run down and no longer a 2.5 star establishment. Cracked tiles in elevators, broken door stop in rooms, no hot water in our room that led to moving to a different and carpet not attached On floor in room 214.

Wonderful staff. Very pleasant. The breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Dirty shelves in bathroom. Mattress needs replace. Would not stay there again until they updated.

The handicapped room was well sized.

The continental breakfast waffle maker was poor. The cooked food was not well stocked. Dining area tables were not cleaned after each use following morning rush. Garbage disposals were fulled to the brim. Insufficient amount of garbage bins for refus

Its location. It is close to the people we were visiting.

The first room could not be heated. We were moved to another room, but only after we had unpacked our clothes and were ready to retire for the evening.

The room was shabby, Ie: dirt in the corners of the bath, bathroom door warped, lower aspect of furniture and bath sink scraped. While the sheets and towels were clean, the pillows and pillowcases had an odor to them. A pacifier was found under bed.

The staff went way out of its way to accommodate my needs. I needed lots of extra help, coming from out of town to resolve my late sister's estate and clean her house, and the hotel could not have done any more. I was just thrilled with my stay.

Location was very good for meeting our needs. Clean room and facilities. Able to handle all of our electrical chargers! Reasonable pricing.

The room was clean. The bed was nice. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was in a good location for us.

We were in room 209. The vent up above the toilet would drip water on us. We told the lady at the desk. On Sat we were gone part of the day, when we came back to our room there was water all over the bathroom floor,we noticed were it came from.

The one bed there was an issue with the mattress and they gave us a handicap shower which was awkward to use
