Cons -
- Shannon the receptionist for the 11-7:30 shift is constantly rude and unprofessional
- Bathtub drain was very, very slow to empty
- The cleanliness and not being able to get things done that we requested were frustrating. The hotel had a musty smell. Night smelled like marijuana. We know marijuana is legal in NY but the smell just doesn't sit right with two non-smokers.
