Clean room and it's close to home

Shannon the receptionist for the 11-7:30 shift is constantly rude and unprofessional

Spaciousness of room; good tv channel variety; quietness throughout: very good breakfast; very helpful staff

Bathtub drain was very, very slow to empty

Location.

The cleanliness and not being able to get things done that we requested were frustrating. The hotel had a musty smell. Night smelled like marijuana. We know marijuana is legal in NY but the smell just doesn't sit right with two non-smokers.

Friendly staff and good amenities

Should not have advertised two beds when only one beds were available.

It's very well maintained and operated. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Large towels and soap/shampoo containers are as always full. Should be a 3 star instead of a 2.5 star hotel.

We liked everything. Will always choose Courtyard instead of other national chain hotels

Breakfast, cleanliness, the pool

Location was great. 1st floor room AND the window was locked when I entered. (It often is NOT locked and makes the room a little scary to enter alone)

Breakfast was delish, nice and quiet.

The staff was very nice, good location

The toilets, they were like the ones on a plane, terrible ! The floor got wet when taking a shower, due to poor installation of doors

Our room was next to the elevator shaft, and every time the elevator was used a loud screeching sound could be heard

The shower had hair in it from not being clean, bar of soap that was used was still in shower¿ one bed looked as. It was slept in before my arrival¿ they only gave me 2 towels 1 wash cloth , no hand towels

Housekeeping not offered had to ask for fresh linen and often not gotten items requested. Didn¿t like having to wait for desk person who often not around. Didn¿t like not being able to get my own coffee.

The staff was very nice the place was clean. Breakfast ok based on Covid Times. no fresh fruit or hot water for tea/oatmeal.

We booked it because of the pool. the pool wasn't working properly. they did allow us to go in before we checked out but no one could go in the night we checked in. If we could

Awful stay, kids kept knocking on our door, of the third-floor had loud music all at the front desk was very unprofessional and disrespectful to one of my rooms. Breakfast was awful no milk, no fresh fruit! Awful stay they didn¿t want to give us towels

At first I liked scenery

Me and my family checked in Friday and stayed in a room for hrs freezing due to the supervisor she was so rude to me and my family that we was forced to leave Sunday instead of Monday I have her on camera being disrespectful to us all fire her.

The room was clean. The staff was kind.

After arrival at 415pm, we were told there was a wait for our room. Waited over 2 hours. The pool was cold, we were only able to be in it for 20 minutes. The hall and back stairs for the 2nd floor smelled like weed and beer.

Definitely! We have stayed at this hotel a few times and this employee, Hotel employee always welcoming & genuinely friendly and accommodating. In fact, the employees are the reason we chose the same hotel upon our return trip.

Location g proximity to all things necessary, and PRICE EXCELLENT

No more hot breakfast... But certain that is no fault of theirs... Most likely covid.
