Noisy, people yelling in the halls probably until midnight. Door operation very noisy

Check in staff was very patient

Did not have two beds as I requested. Had to sleep with my adult son in a king. A huge black dog lunged barked at us in the lobby. Owner said he was muzzled??? First room had no hot water. Second room had no refrigerator. TV did not work.

Convenient location

Shower didn't work and not hot water in tub. TV and most outlets didn't work. Only 2 towels and washcloths for four people and not at front desk. Couldn't get new room till next day so had a sponge bath. Son woke up in the new room covered in bites. BAD!

The room temperature was just right.

Cleanliness, the room was all beat up with holes on the walls, door did not lock due to lock being off set from the frame of the door, bedsheets and towels were stained and dingy.

The tv didn?t work properly. Third time I?ve stayed there and the tv never worked properly.

We paid $106 for the room, such a stinky smell and the carpet is toooooo bad. I can show the picture

Just a few things, really. You know, minor stuff like poor "air conditioning," hot water running out, recurring false fire alarms, lack of room maintenance, poor lighting, the generally poor condition of the place...and...oh, yes, NO MICROWAVE OR 'FRIDGE

The staff were all extremely pleasant and friendly. Very helpful.

Paint was peeling, mold in bathroom, rust, floors were sticky, some lights didn?t work, window was cracked.

Easy booking, easy to find.

The tv remote did not work, and when I went into the bathroom, the carpet was separated and it punctured my foot on a carpet staple.

Continental breakfast was advertised, but only coffee was available along with a dozen mini muffins.

Not really.

First day, they did not have butter and jam for the breakfast bread. They had to go out to buy it. The last night, they had a false fire alarm. And they did it 6 times. We could not sleep at all.

Convince, quiet, clean new floor in room, overall great for the price

Remote for tv didn¿t work well entirely, outdated old tissue and TP holder

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable

The carpet had stains. The bathroom door made a horrible screeching when opened or closed. The towels were stained. The heating/air conditioning unit was rusted and dented

The room was dirty all the bed sheets have stains on them and the was only used towels in the bathroom the floor was not clean at all , not going back there again.

The location was good because restaurants & stores are nearby for anything I needed.

The cleanliness wasn¿t good at all, stains on the furniture, the bathroom was a mess and I found things left behind by the last occupants.

They don't have enough breakfast. And roo? Is ok like motel are little old not new things. We won't go there again. I like neat like Hampton is better than Super 8. Sorry.. Super 8 needs new beds, new bathroom and new towels and new sheets a& new buildin

The location is minutes from the Webster Aquatic Center.

It's very dated. The bedding was very thin and not warm. We had to use our own blankets to be comfortable.

Location. Friendly staff. Breakfast good for continental.

Needs major updates and building maintenance. Bathroom in disrepair. Supposed to have clean linens and towels after 3 days. Did not happen. Cleanliness was disappointing. Should be vacuumed at 3 days as well. Trash found in corners and under bed.
