- The staff where very friendly and helpful hotel employee was a very good host..
- The staff was absolutely amazing. Check-in was simple and easy. The GM was helpful and gave so much info on whereabouts to eat. It was just and absolutely great experience for our first visit to Watertown!
Cons -
- A slow elevator
- The bar and restaurant were closed and apparently have been for more than 2 years. The pool and fitness center were also closed. The lawn out front was in bad need of mowing. the weeds were more than a foot high. The windows were in bad need of cleaning.
- Toilet was clogged

The breakfast could use a re-vamp. For as big as the breakfast area is, it could use more of a "hot food" selection such as biscuits and gravy and bacon and maybe a local favorite and pastries and more of a yogurt selection??
