Tru by Hilton Binghamton Vestal

Very old and rundown. Barely functional. Broken tiles no furniture (one desk chair. No other place to sit besides the bed)

Tru by Hilton checks all the boxes - comfy, high design, great staff, excellent locations, and really great free breakfast

Location

There was a smell in the elevator when we arrived on Wednesday but by Thursday morning it had been disinfected. Much better!

The staff was so nice the room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast- most items were gone before 0730 and was not replaced. 1 young girl was working the front desk and the breakfast area.

It was very clean. We liked the layout of & amenities in our room. Bed was good. The hotel was quiet as stated during the quiet hours. Breakfast options were good & healthy.

The room location was toward road & had more traffic noise than we anticipated. They ran out of oatmeal early on during the breakfast time, never refilled the pot.

located close to my destination, plenty of parking, breakfast included, good access to electric/digital plugs, adequate lighting, comfortable bed, big TV

room's entry door would not lock;

The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good

The bathroom had no soap or shampoo and there was hair on the shower floor. We brought this to the attention of the desk clerk who didn¿t seem to care much. Do they even clean the bathrooms? Very disappointed

Room was clean to start and in a good location for us.

Must sign up for maid service and for towels. signed up for 2 days in a row and still didn't get our room cleaned. Claimed it was cleaned both times and Supervisor signed off that it was. Will not return. Much better service at near by hotels.

Wanted to try something different. Did love the shower stall

It just wasn't our "style" after all. Circle reception area was very messy (boxes & equipment piled up. Overall felt like a college dorm--lobby area, in room-vinyl floors, small room, no closets, etc.

The room was relatively clean.

We had to wait nearly 2 hours for our room. Even though we booked it a week before arriving. The hotel was very understaffed. We went to ask for more towels and the front desk personnel asked us to wait till 9 and housekeeping could give us towels.

The location is good and it's new

The hotel is good but would be nice if the breakfast in the box changes once in a while.For all 3 wks we had boiled egg pack+bagel.Only 1Front desk lady was friendly,the other2(3?)r not.One girl never responds to Good Morning,its when her job to greet 1st

Breakfast ends early, the AC in the room made a loud clang noise if not set to a specific setting and kept on that,

Yes the fire alarm came off at 5 am in the morning before I checked. So I had to wake up stay up until check out. Also I wasn’t told that from the fire alarm going of

The sound proofing was not the best, quite a bit of outside room noise
