Great location and amenities. The property was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly.

Everything from check in to check out was wonderful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good...lots of options...neat, clean and organized. Fresh cookies at the front desk were a nice treat each night.

The shower was the best I have ever had, powerful spray and hot.

There was no dresser to store clothing.

Many carpet tiles were coming unglued, and the shower was sort of weathered and dirty.

Very convenient and clean! I like that the hotel isn¿t right on the Main Street, it¿s tucked back a little bit, so it was very quiet.

The room was stellar, the pool was nice, and the location was perfect. Good amenities and a comfortable stay all-around in our suite.

The pool was mostly clean but the floor under the water was a bit grubby. Also wish the breakfast was open a bit later. With checkout at noon it doesn't make any sense to stop serving breakfast at 9 am. 10:30 am or 11:00 am would be more sensible.

We stayed in the queen suite, it was big enough for 5 people. Loved the room with dinning table, sink and all the necessary basics right in the room. Breakfast was great too.

Pool Was closed...I asked for some sort of credit and never got the credit...Pool was closed 4 out of my 6 days and I specifically booked this hotel for my children to use the pool..

very courteous staff...greets us warmly, with a little extra. nice pool, not too warm not too cold. all night coffee/tea, great breakfast. Hampton inn, quite honestly, has redefined my expectations for hotels.

Great location. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Clean breakfast area. Indoor pool was an added bonus. You can open the windows to get fresh air and hear the birds chirping in the woods out back.

I did find 2 hairs on the wall of the shower but I guess its hard to make sure every little hair is cleaned away. Even with that I would consider the room to be very clean.

Love that there is a hotel that still has smoking rooms.

I stay in a lot of smoking rooms and this one STANK. Also, housekeeping came in and made my bed but did not empty ashtrays or take out the trash. Since this room has a kitchen, there was food in the trashcan. It would have been nice to have it emptied.

Very friendly stuff,laundry on site($2),free breakfast in the beautiful lobby and also with sitting outside.Tea/coffee and fruits available 24/7 in the lobby. Scrumble eggs were delicious. Fresh air,bcs forest around.Comfy bed (blanket)

Beds were too small, and hence not comfortable for a couple.

The room is very spacious and well lighted. The lobby, breakfast area and kitchen make one feel like at home. The hotel staffs are very friendly, nice and professional. The availability of parking spaces is fantastic.

The road that led to the hotel from Vestal Main Road needs upgrade and markings for those coming in and out.

Clean, pleasant, well kept, convenient location for my meeting.

One small thing. Multiple outlets on nightstand were very nice and convenient, but they did not work. The outlets were not connected to electricity and I couldn't figure out how to connect them.
