good location close to businesses and highways

NO recycling cans on first floor, they are still using Covid as an excuse not to do daily cleaning. we requested it everyday and they only did it 3 times in 8 days and only left towels outside the door. They are being cheap and cutting cost on cleaning.

Fridge and microwave in room and free breakfast

The mattress was so comfortable and the room was very spacious.

I wish the room had a soaking tub.

The way the rooms were set up was great. Location was great.

The pool looked and smelled AWFUL. Like pond water. It was super cloudy but we picked the hotel specifically because my kiddos wanted to swim. The next day, even after a shower and 2x shampooing I couldn't get the musty wet towel smell from my kids hair.

The suite itself was great. clean, excellen accommodations, shower, furnished kitchen w/ fridge, comfortable bed and couch, great tv channel selection, desk, on and on ..... The nite before I tried to save a couple bucks ..... what was I thinking ??

The buffet breakfast left a little to be desired, but not enough to keep me from coming back. It sure beats the brown paper bag to go that I got the day before !

Room was great, the bed was comfortable and the room felt comfortable as well.

They had breakfast but it could have been better. Pool seems like it needs some cleaning maintenance to it. They need a channel guide for the tv.

The rooms hate a mold and cigarette smell to it I tried 3 different rooms and juts decided to have to deal with it cause I couldn¿t afford another room

It was a welcoming place. Fall decor was beautiful & greetings from the front desk were all it took to make us feel like we were coming home. The availability of coffee & hot tea in the lobby, at any hour, was for sure a bonus. Our room was great too!

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and really large for a studio. I would definitely stay here again.

The employees and manager also they pretty much kicked me out after the fact when i request to stay another night, they said they were booked so i left n contacted my lawyer

Beautifully refurbished historic hotel. Grand lobby very impressive.

Great breakfast and friendly staff

Room was old and there was a hole in the door and paint peeling. Room was not fully cleaned when we checked in, still picking things up that we found as we stayed but when brought to staff attention the immediately attended to situation.

Breakfast was not good. Oatmeal was cold. No microwave. Ran out of food often. Utensils were not refilled in timely manner.

The rooms truly make you feel like your home, the staff is very nice, the hotel itself is clean and beautiful, the breakfast was great. I will most certainly stay here again.

I had trouble with the tub.. It wasnt draining for me.. and 3 other people had showers after me.. room 410..i did mention it to the front desk before i left..

The room size and decor! The breakfast was excellent ! Great beds and pillows!

Little hard to find😁

The hotel was new and very nice, the pool and common areas were beautiful. The room we stayed in was nine and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff was not friendly, during our stay there was a group of children with a wrestling team running down the hallways doing sprints! At one point 2 of the young boys were screaming profanities.managment ignored the behavior. Breakfast was terrible.

It was very pleasant. Clean, well appointed and in an excellent location.

The woman at the front desk was a bit testy. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I liked the fact that there was room enough for 3 in the suite

I thought the living room pull out sofa was crowded. The size of the bedroom was adequate but the room that the 3 of us could 'live in' was too small to be comfortable.
