Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Verona Turning Stone

Walls thin as I heard traffic and next door couple a few times

It was close to everything, staff was pleasant and friendly and very accommodating

The bathroom wasn?t completely spotless. The corners of the the counter were dirty and there were stains in the bathtub

The staff!! They are all super friendly and helpful!!!!????

I wish it had a hot tub and a better bed.? after a few nights my back was really aching!

Location, easy check in, friendly reception. I didn?t get to check out the breakfast or pool unfortunately.

Unfortunately, I didn?t get to experience the amenities, so I can?t speak on those, but the main thing that was horrible, was the bed. It was one of the most uncomfortable beds I?ve ever been in, very hard, worn in, bad sheets, also. Some AC issues.

Super friendly staff and so convenient with the shuttle to the casino across the way.

Wish breakfast went a little later. :)

There was a shuttle service to the casino which was great. The breakfast buffet was excellent!

Location close to turning stone. The shuttle service. Our neighbors were being very loud & woke us up at 2:00 AM. We called down to the front desk & the security guard did a great job handling the situation/reminding our neighbors about the quiet hours.

Pool always closed and they did not provide breakfast on Saturday. When I tried to change hotels, they refused to let me leave without charging cancellation fee

Staff was very helpful and courteous. I needed a handicap room and they were able to comply.

Hot breakfast buffet was very limited only small prepackaged breakfast sandwich, instant oatmeal and pre package small waffles no butter or toast or toaster. May good thing Dunkin¿ Donutes next door,

Pool was not open with no warning online to give a heads up. The most important thing to my family was an open pool so my daughter could go swimming had we known it was closed we would have just drove the hour home while visiting my in laws.

It was clean and convenient

I called and asked for an accessible room. I was traveling with my friend who is a paraplegic. The staff person I spoke with assured me I was all set, however when we checked in they had given the only accessible room with roll in shower to someone else.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The pool was warm safe and comfortable

No complaints. And I¿m sure if there was a problem the staff would have dealt with it ASAP

Hotel was quite and clean the first day.

1. No hot breakfast was available.After checking in the the clerk never told us. 2. Staff never came in to clean bathroom or exchange towels the 3 day we were there. 3. Twice we used ice machine an found some kind of black bug once an ice looked dirty.

It was excellent clean and staff was great
