1.There was no power/electricity, no AC was working 2. Before the lights were on the fire alarm was on for a while only in room number 24 what was really stressful and the guest had to stay outside. 3. No hot water during the night and no hot water in.

The service provided by the hotel was not even close to the rate of $---. On July 3rd before check out guest asked to talk to the manager, staff explained that the manager was not on site. We still have note received any reply from them...

A good value for a quick trip, but not the most pristine accommodations.

The restaurant and bar staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, sweet kind and just exceeded my expectations. Everything else not so much. Front desk was snotty rude and arrogant. The beds near the pool were torn, dirty and disgusting. There was garbage everywhere. Bees bugs, and fleas in the hotel room. I probably would never come back here. And its a shame because the concept is really cool if it was executed properly.

the motel itself is fine - clean and campy

the loud club music pounding till at least 3 am was ridiculous and miserable. we didnt sleep at all. after the music ended- guests were laughing and yelling till 6 am. horrific!! also no food was available when we returned to the hotel after a wedding (around 11pm so not crazy late). doors slammed all night and all morning by other inconsiderate guests. two guests looked like they overdosed on the couches by the pool. awful. never again - horrific experience

The loud music played until 1:20 AM Friday and Saturday night. Couldnt sleep, unacceptable!!

The staff were really lovely and accommodating and treated us so well!!

It was very expensive for one night but I guess thats expected on 4th of July weekend

No breakfast but I came to do the Half Marathon and it was conveniently located from the train and the starting line.

Very expensive for motel. NO HOT WATER!! Could not have breakfast at restaurant on a Saturday morning. Private event, did not have accommodations for hotel guests for breakfast who are paying a lot of mine to stay there??

horrible place is filthy and no one works here. im actually going to call amex to dispute the charge

the staff and location were fantastic

a coked up guest of the owners son completely invaded my fiance and my space in an obnoxious way, and ruined our night at the bar. we stayed one night for 1k, and i found the whole hotel to be a complete facade of pretentiousness. the staff was very kind, but i would never have stayed there if i knew there was going to be a private party.

The Pool was fun during the Saturday party

The rooms weren't cleaned until 6pm when we checked in. The staff did not clean up the pool area or restaurant area. In the morning, the pool and restaurant were filthy with food, dirty glasses, cigarettes, and dirty towels from the day before. Our dinner reservation was not ready for 45 min and the food was fair at best. The prices charged are ridiculous in comparison to the quality! We though we were coming to a high class hotel, instead it was a Motel 6 with inflated prices! Very dissatisfied!

Fruit flies in the room, no wash clothes provided or body wash or hand soap in bathroom. I had to ask for WiFi post check in. Not given automatically. Shade on door doesnt allow 100% privacy I had to throw a towel over it. Sat at pool cabana for almost ten minutes no one came so I had to find someone for a towel and food/beverage service. However once they came they were attentive and lovely.

Very noisy, outside light kept room very bright and hard to sleep at night, Beds uncomfortable.

Loved the pool. It wasnt glamorous but it was definitely cute. Service at the pool was amazing. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I read complaints about ants and did see a few but nothing crazy. Rates were insane but we just wanted a last min getaway. We could walk to restaurants. Pre-Covid I would travel a lot for business and my favorite places to stay are the Ritz or the Four Seasons but Id stay here again.

The breakfast was good but came an hour and a half after the time for our order. The cook told us she wasn't informed of the time.

The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photo. The cushions of the pool chairs were old and needed to be replaced. The restaurant prices were outrageously high.

power outlets didn't work internet very spotty breakfast delivery was very late music playing in courtyard bar area until very late, even tough no one was there.

It was close to where I was working

The linens were dirty, there were Ants all in the bathroom, the maid folded up the dirty towels from the floor for me to reuse, literally a party every single night with loud music (yes this was in the disclaimer) and I had to sign a COVID-19 statement saying I wouldnt sue the hotel if I contract COVID-19 while staying there. The kicker about the parties was a bunch of people gathered around the pool drinking and acting like social distancing didnt matter. I was ready to leave the first night but I couldnt take the chance of losing out on the money I spent for this place. Anywhere else in the country, this would be a $50 a night hotel but because its the Hamptons they can charge a fortune and get away with it.
