Nothing much to tell

Room was stinky and bed has a stain. No towels and breakfast advertised but not available.

The hotel is nice and room cute for the price.

Hotel under huge renovation, we can clearly see it. No counter top on the "kitchen" side, no sink. All material was on the ground as if the workers just left 5 minutes before we arrive.

The door was locked. They have a sign: please ring the bell so that someone should open it for you. but nobody came to open the door. They also have a phone number. I call, and the answering machine told me that they're not picking up after midnight

Drug addicts out front, no air conditioning. Dirty bed

Price was reasonable. Much lower than anything else I could find on line. Easy to find. Check in was smooth Staff was friendly. Free continental breakfast was ok.

Website for the property clearly shows a working pool. The pool was empty and under construction. Wifi was sub-par, but did work on and off. Property could use a complete overhaul. Overall condition is fair, at best. For what we spent, it is ok, I guess.

Nothing it was a disaster and I’d really like to get a refund

Everything. The sliding glass patio door would not lock and it was filthy. They tried to move us to another room, and when we open the door at the room wasn’t even made up from the last person.

The location was nice , and complimentary continental breakfast.

The bed was lumpy, the room smelled of tobacco and could have been much cleaner. There was no shampoo in the dispenser. I like a coffee maker in the room.

The staff were very warm and helpful. The room was spacious, obviously recently refurbished. It was sparse, but clean. The A/C ran very quietly making for a good night's sleep.

If elegance is important to you, this is not the place, but if functional cleanliness and quietness is, you're in luck. Two noticeable downers: the cold water in the bathroom sink ran quite slowly and the bathroom fan screeched loudly.
