Nothing they were rude

I asked for my money back because on the site it said nothing about being 21 and I was in dire need of the hotel and they said no and refused to give me my money back

4 police cars investigating a disturbance when I returned in the evening

Location, friendly staff. Room clean Nice place

It was convenient to NY turnpike.

The hotel was extremely old and unkept. There were no facilities and the cost was at least twice what could even be considered reasonable.

it was close to where I needed to go.

It was unusually cold this weekend and I was chilled when I awoke.

Breakfast was cereal and frozen milk/and yellow drink They forgot to change the room on the third day (not even clean towels)

It is clean and the beds are very comfortable

They do have breakfast, but no eggs or anything with protein. Very basic, but it is fine

It is clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave available in each room. Clean and comfort is important. It isn't some fancy hotel. But it is clean and we slept comfortably. There is a small breakfast available too.

Needs another chair in the bedroom.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. The room had been smoked in,burn marks on the sinks and toilet seat. There were stink bugs in the room, and the toilet was barely connected to the floor.

The lady charged me for my dog to stay the night which is completely unfair. If my dog has to be charged for the night then the descusting bugs that live there should have to pay too.

The bathroom was pretty bad, rusty sink and overall reall old need to redue and weird hallway.

Old, outdated and shabby. Needs a complete remodel. Would not stay there again

1st floor room with outside door so could park close to room, which is handy. Room was clean but old, TV old....okay to stay one night while traveling.

Place is old, they are painting and doing some fixing up but looked much better in the pics online than in person. Not much to choose from for breakfast, we went to McDonalds

Location - right off the interstate. Able to park by truck right outside the room.

Wifi would not stay connected. Breakfast selection really limited. Front desk not that friendly. No late check out available.

Very clean and the room was nice and comfortable! The lady at the desk was very helpful.

The outside railings needed to be painted but it looked like they were working on the Motel.

That is good question. The only best thing about the hotel is the location on highway.Nothing else. period.

The wrost thing is the heater was turned off on second day of stay when we returned back to room. We adjusted it to the room temperature but it was never back. Until the morning the kids were sick.There were very limited breakfast option.

Old and needs updating. Not the cleanest. Bathroom smelled of must. Need better window coverage to keep light out.

Proximity to the I-90, it's ok for a quick overnight stay. Staff at check in was friendly and made some great recommendations for dinner. We chose the Countryside Family Restaurant, a homestyle type of eatery. Not fancy but the food made up for that!

Toilet was not secure to the floor, needs reno's to the bathrooms, general appearance, free breakfast was insufficient. Carpet near door was damp.
