- It is centrally located. The town has its own charm. The management gave us the opportunity to check in early to work. Everything was really good. The place is clean and quiet.
- Cutest hotel ever! Brittany and Sonia were warm and welcoming plus they made great referrals for local restaurants where we could take our pup. Everything was spotless and the breakfast was a delicious and fresh start to the day.
- Clean and full of character. Awesome breakfast bites for no extra cost.
Cons -
- Maybe a place to hang a dress that is not in the bathroom would be an added value to the room we stayed.
- The neighborhood is a bit quiet, but that could also be the point for some folks.
- The only drawback was the creaky floors and non-soundproofed rooms, which comes with an old house. But all the guests were very considerate and quiet, and it wasn’t a problem for us.

We loved the warm atmosphere, cozy decor, attentive and personable hosts (I left my AirPods behind when we left and Sonya was so sweet to help me track them down and mailed them to me). Breakfast was delicious and ample. The bed was comfy. And Roscoe is a very charming little town.
The only drawback was the creaky floors and non-soundproofed rooms, which comes with an old house. But all the guests were very considerate and quiet, and it wasn’t a problem for us.
