Hampton Inn Rome

The staff was very pleasant. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good.

Housekeeping did not clean my room or bring us clean towels so when I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels they said I had to bring my dirty towels down to them before they would give me fresh towels. Very poor hospitality

The room was very nice and clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I don't like that you have to ask to have your room cleaned. Staff should tell you that when you check in.

Nice upkeep on the outside

Non smoking but smelled like cigarets. Shampo& shower gel were empty. Few towels at the pool. Front desk, helping kitchn b/c they were so short staff. First morning breakfast had NO protein but bad eggs. Would give MORE but u prohibit it = U DONT CARE!

the front desk was helpful with our early arrival & even offered to switch our room for us. Alecia with breakfast went out of her way to make sure our kids were fed when we returned from our hockey game with only 7 minutes left for breakfast.

Overall most staff went out of their way to provide great service

The bed was super comfortable. Room larger than expected. Coffee choices at breakfast was lovely.

Must do something about the pool, it has a musty odor.

Heater did not appear to work well. It was noisy and never heated the room.

Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.

When we got to our room the carpet in front of the ac unit was soaking wet. There also was an issue with the card machine and they were not able to give guests a room key. Every time we needed to get in our room hotel staff had to let us in.

Great location

The room was very dirty particularly the bathroom.. the room had cut toenails in front of the dresser and the bathroom had hair and garbage in corner near tub.

Clean hotel with friendly staff.

The walls are thin and you can hear everything! Loud people in the room next to us, car doors closing, horns beeping outside, we were on the second floor and could hear rolling doors at 2am. I would not go back because of this.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was well stocked and staff were friendly and accommodating. The fitness room was quite nice. Little touches like ear buds supplied for the treadmills for TVs and nice free weight selection.

The staff was very good especially the first lady we spoke to on Thursday -cleaning people were very nice but they never cleaned my room the only thing he did was give me the towels and change them when we needed it

The walls are very thin and the ceiling you can hear everything from the other room and on top of us at first we thought there was a jungle gym above us with a bunch of kids

It was very clean. Our room refrigerator did not work. Staff came to fix it but it still didn't work. I was told this was a hotel wide problem. If this is the case they should change them. Would have been really nice to store healthy snacks and drinks

The staff was great The front desk staff met my special needs problem and made me feel like there was no problem. Everyone there had a wonderful smile and made you feel welcome. Very clean and decorated with high quality touches.

They charged the price of the room to the card we left for the room deposit. Not nice being double charged for the cost of the room!

This hotel should be at least 3 stars. It was clean. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. The staff was awesome!

It was a little far from everything. However, it was right off a convenient road. It was a little pricey. Needed more shampoo for a double room, which we got as soon as we asked for it.
