Everything! The staff, room cleanliness, continental breakfast and location!!!

It was clean, staff was friendly and bed was comfortable.

I didn't like the staff trying to get me out of my room and opening my door while I was in the shower at 10am. Check out was 11am, and b/c of the time moving forward, i requested a late check out prior to arriving to the hotel

Clean and comfortable room.

Noise through the door and walls was noticable. You can hear the waffle iron alarm go off when a waffle was done in the breakfast area right up to the 4th floor. Hallway and nextdoor room had some loud talkers that could be heard as well.

What I liked best about the hotel was the location. It was close to the main highway and to my destination. The hotel was in walking distance to a grocery store, shops and restaurants. The room was large, nicely appointed and very clean. Great staff.

I arrived early on Sunday to attend a funeral. My room wasn¿t ready (I understand that) so I asked the receptionist to call or text me when something became available so I could change clothes for the service. She never called or sent me a text.

Location is key. Near a variety of restaurants and stores. Easy commute to JFK, the LIRR is right around the corner. Plus it's right on a main hwy which runs right to JFK (15-20 min) Cleanliness, the room was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast great!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning and food staff were friendly and helpful.

The internet did not work during my entire stay and no one could fix it. The front desk staff were not friendly or helpful.

The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made offensive comments and his behavior was unacceptable. Additionally, he sent me to a room that was not sealed off noting that it had been cleaned and was guest ready. Never stay here.

The beds and pillows were seriously comfortable.

They did not have both the rooms ready when checked in. They also did not put us next to each other and the tile in one room was chipping
