Room with two beds had no space left, no closet other than floor, no phone, no number to call in emergency, sometimes no attendant in front desk, no service, Checked out a day earlier, overcharged, no invoice.

It was clean, in a quiet neighbourhood which is safe.

I loved the heated pool. The bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I have in a year!

The front desk woman Alexa was so nice and knowledgeable and went out of her way to make my stay a comfortable one.

There was no garbage can and the bathroom had hair all in it and was not cleaned thoroughly.

Everything was great, we had a great time. The staff is super nice, the hotel is very cozy and stylish, great view. The sauna and the pool is a great bonus

the audibility in the room, but it’s not a big issue. The sauna could have been less permeable to air. It cooled down quickly in the strong winter wind. Next morning it was much better

Very sleekly designed and hip boutique hotel near the beach. Very comfortable and pleasant rooms with thoughtful and original touches. Really nice restaurant with great food.

The interior design is lovely, modern and refreshing. There are attempts to remind people to be quiet in the corridors (even though the signs are ignored)

I got a moldy cake slice (Zucchini & Chocolate) from Claudette's Cafe. I would be lovely to have a kettle in the room with tea and coffee.There was a frequent alarm/buzz sound that could be heard from my room - 418.

Gave us food poisoning and house keeping threw out our travel crib case- management doesn’t care

Given that I paid the most I’ve ever spent on a hotel room for such a small space. I still expected it to have a very basic things like…hangers. This was a real splurge for me, and I was really surprised that while it had some nice things like robes, there was not even a kettle or anything to make hot water in the room – had to request that. No hangers, no iron or steamer, etc., etc.. I know they’re trying to get you to spend money in the restaurant by not providing coffee and tea but I guess I was just a little surprised given what I was paying. I know many hotels now don’t have refrigerators, etc. for the same reason and for cleaning purposes, so I’m not even expecting that anymore. And the staff was hit or miss. Somewhat limited food options in the area.

The hotel is nice, the staff was friendly, the room clean and quiet.The restaurant near the pool offered a nice dining experience, and the rooftop had fantastic food and a great atmosphere. Despite the cool day, we enjoyed swimming in the heated outdoor pool.

The room was very small.The neighborhood is not pleasant. While it's a short walk to a beautiful beach, the surroundings on the other side are less appealing. Additionally, the parking garage is not located directly on the property.

Beautiful decor and clean and well thought out. I liked the welcome when you arrived and received a glass of fizz, nice touch. The view from our room was amazing to look out into the Atlantic. Nice roof top bar and views at as well.

Beautiful place. Gorgeous pool, amazing vibe. Staff was so helpful and kind - not snooty, just welcoming.

Front desk receptioist was very personable and helpful. Should be commended! Your Audio-visual team was also exceptional in getting my television working. Took a bit of trouble-shooting but they refused to give up until they resolved the issue!

Slow service at breakfast - appeared to be more staff working than customers but still very slow. Amenities fees seem exorbitant for so little amenities.

Beautiful and fun building, generous and friendly staff, highly accessible as ferry and bus stops close by, the ocean a 3 minute walk away. Our family of 17, ages ranging from 3 to 73 years old, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great amenities, lots of fun entertainment and gorgeous views. Decor is so lovely!

Location was great -- very accessible by subway, a CVS right across the street, and just two blocks from the beach. The pool was nice, slightly heated which was appreciated, and poolside service was good. Bed was comfortable. The $55/night amenity fee means it is two people's full time job to be on the beach and set up umbrellas and chairs for you, which is really nice -- especially when ours started blowing over, one of the workers came over and fixed it for us.

The rooms definitely do not have blackout blinds so I was woken up very early each morning, and are on the smaller side -- our room had nowhere to sit apart from the bed. Also no minifridge in the room which I was disappointed by. Cafe in the hotel apparently couldn't make decaf coffee.
