The staff was very helpful in every way I needed. The breakfast was more than diverse and sufficient. There was plenty of tables and chairs for breakfast. The parking was good and close enough that you could walk to the Aquarium.

Not that I didn't like the indoor pool, I did. I just wish it was warmer than it was.

Very upscale. Very nice rooms. The hotel is very close to the Aquarium, the PCB brewery, and the Riverfront Park.

They ran out of good snacks for the indoor lobby bar. The complimentary breakfast should really include waffles or pancakes.

It was clean and modern. Very nice motel.

No place to park before check in. There was a gated lot for the motel that I could not enter until after I checked in, so I had to park behind a restaurant until I received my room key. I was then able to park in the gated parking lot for the motel.

Staff were very helpful, pleasant, available, always ready to accommodate your needs, great location, overall was very content staying over for 5 days.

The whole hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The price is also great value for the location, which puts you within a short drive to most Hamptons and North Fork destinations.

The pillows were very unsupportive, although that is not unique only to this hotel. Also the air conditioning units are very noisy, and since they are right beside the bed are disruptive when first trying to fall asleep.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy but it all worked out fine

I love the view of the marina from my room. Throughout the day the sun shimmers on the water as geese dip in and out of their play. The breakfast is also surprisingly excellent and well handled during these Covid times!

Didn't notice any security cameras for across the street parking lot. If you park across the street from any hotel you want to see cameras and signs that there are cameras. I might have missed them.

The breakfast was nice. The staff was kind and considerate.

The rooms could be scrubbed down better, especially the floors which were a little sticky. The parking situation needs to be upgraded somehow. The TV is really terrible needs cable. The rooms need microwaves.

Great location. The girls at the front desk are wonderful- helpful, accommodating, professional and friendly.

I loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were huge. The pool had a bar as well as there was a tiki bar on the water a couple of steps outside the hotel. The staff was pleasant. I would definitely come back here.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The outdoor pool was wonderful. An added plus is that there’s a beach bar across from it and you can put the charge on your room. The hotel is close to the LI vineyards.

Our AC unit was right next to the bed and it was loud at times.

Very clean, king size rooms have a sofa area where you can stay in a watch TV, perfect for staying in.

They don't have any signs in the elevator area to encourage people to wait for the next one of the elevator is occupied. The breakfast leaves a little to be desired and the area was a bit crowded.

Great breakfast with quality food. Eggs were cage free, real eggs .Excellent selection of fresh fruit. Room was spacious and clean. We appreciate the hard surface flooring With area rug in the room. Hard surface flooring is much more sanitary than car

The first night we had a room with a very loud heating unit. However, the desk moved us to a different room the second night and noise was minimal.

The privacy, location & pool are the best parts the hotel.

We receive a breakfast voucher for our stay. The 'buffet' breakfast was really poor and unsatisfactory for this type of place. I didn't even use mine the 2nd day. A better option would be to just give a food credit and let the guest order off the menu.

Stayed there last year and the rooms were nice. This year they are renovating and I got a room that was done. It was excellent.

Breakfast that was included could have offered a better selection and higher quality food
