Everything was great. Nice shower, comfortable bed, friendly staff, very clean.

Walls are thin you can hear your neighbors talking.

Brand new hotel, very clear. Easy on/off the highway. Good room for the rate. The free breakfast was solid, they had a waffle maker, eggs, sausage. Free parking right out front.

this was a last min booking because the other hotel we booked was not at all like it said it was it was terrible this was a much better hotel great pool, hot tub and the breakfast had many options great staff this is not easy to find today

New and very clean. Staff was attentive and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

It was very clean. We booked a king room but it wasn't available upon check-in, so they gave us a suite for the same price.

Due to an error there was attempt to charge my card overnight but when I spoke with staff they resolved the issue

cable system didn't have SNY or YES for Met and Yankee baseball games. also didn't have OTB channel with Saratoga Race Course a few miles away.

Nice staff

Due to social distancing, areas remain size restricted. There are no signs limiting peoples time so one family decided to monopolize the pool area all night and the hotel staff did nothing. Lots of noise in room above us woke us up as well.

I can never repay the act of altruistic manner that I was given two weeks ago or Thank them enough the paperwork they saved was for women who have had their children taken from cps, MBC survived because of them gods' gift to humanity & indebted 4 life!
