- The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, professional and committed to making everything perfect and enjoyable for us. They answered every question and any concern we had. Hotel employee was terrificl with helping us get settled. Loved the bfast and 24hr coffee!

- The toilets are too low for senior citizens to negotiate easily. Perhaps installing grab bars or higher ones?
