Quality Inn Queensbury - Lake George Area

It's a tie between the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness and intelligibility of the desk clerk.

The heating unit was a little loud, but I don't think it woke me.

The staff was excellent

The front desk is extremely accommodating and very friendly we encountered a snowstorm and he told us he would happily extend us without moving our room if the situation arrives where you would have to stay there. Couldn't ask for better service

Near many restaurants and activities.

The breakfast didn?t offer eggs and bacon or sausage. It would have been nice to have fresh fruit and whip cream for the waffle instead.

Our initial room smelt The window did not open shower handle was broken Don?t understand why when a hotel is virtually empty you would chose to put anyone in that room We did move next door the following day

Nothing, hotel staff are scammers. Do not stay here for any reason!

This hotel cancelled my family's reservation, which I made 2 weeks prior, on the day of our stay. The manager claimed to have never gotten our reservation, but the hotel had emailed me when I booked. Then tried to give me a much more expensive substitute

No chair on the room, they said that it broke and never replaced

The location is ideal for a family getaway to the lake george area. It is close to everything in the area (shopping, The Great Escape, Martha¿s Ice cream, Walmart, Lake George Village etc) Great Staff that are very accommodating.

Check in took forever, there was confusion about the room already being paid for through Priceline. First room smelled like stale smoke so I requested a new room. Second room was clean, but everything was worn and tired.

The price matches the stars level and it is pet friendly.

Bathrooms could have more towels, but you can always ask for more.

Desk staff was nice and helpful. Easy checkout.

I stayed one night there and that was enough for me. Room was clearly not as clean as it should be, especially in these times. Later that night back in my room dogs barking next door and room stunk with marijuana. Moved to other room but still poor.

The staff was amazing. There was always someone present and willing to help. The room was extremely clean and every precaution was taken due to covid. I would gladly stay here again!

That it was clean, and didn’t have to wait to check in, because the room wasn’t ready...

Lack of towels for washing... two people... we each got a very small set of towels... not large enough to dry off... had to go to the store down the road and purchase larger towels...

Location, pets allowed

Too expensive, even given its proximity to a tourist area. There was no damper on the stairway door, so it slammed every time someone went through. Very loud, especially at night. Guests partying outside our room.

The hotel had a very convenient location and a friendly staff that offered to assist us however possible. We liked the free wifi.

The staff was friendly. It was very easy to find also very close to restaurants and stores.

The room was dirty. The bathroom floor had dog hair on it. the bathroom drain had a clump of hair in it. I noticed on the sink that they tried to wipe it down but left residue on the faucet. Also the sheets looked like they weren't changed.(hair)
