- Jacuzzi was out of service - disappointing but didn?t drastically effect my stay. After I checked out, I realized I left something in the room. I called the hotel three times and no one picked up the phone at the front desk.
- The room was stifling & the window was of little help because there was a wall directly outside the window that not only blocked any sort of view but also the air flow. The complimentary breakfast was awful. The hot food was cold & the cold food was warm
