- Extremely homey and quirky. The owners are great hosts and very accommodating. The beds are very comfy and the game room/bar it is an actual local hangout and everyone was very friendly.
Cons -
- Very old. Needs some remodeling.
- This is the old motel. Require lot of upgrades. Bathroom locks were not working. Room was not properly clean.
- It is very dated and needs some upgrades both cosmetic and behind the walls (for example the shower worked fine but the hot and cold taps were switched)

Location and food.
There were bugs in the room. No fan or AC fixed, we had to find one and set it up ourselves. Bathrooms weren't clean. Lock to our room didn't work well. We asked for the wifi in our room 4-5 times but never got it (Wifi worked in the lobby first floor).
The owner and daughter were great and very personable.
The location to belleayre is great.
The host is phenomenal! We showed up later in the evening after a long drive in and he made us feel right at home. The place is quirky and perfect, I was pleasantly surprised. Couldnâ≢t have asked for a better experience.
