Shower didn?t have hot water, just luke warm

Staff were all friendly and courteous and professional.

Man in a nearby room has a large dog that he put in the hallway to bark and whine from 7 am until he checked out at 10:30. It also barked briefly the night before. This is not the behavior of a service dog no did it have tags or vest. Very annoying!!!

Be careful! They will charge your credit card without telling you. Pets are allowed as per their policy. There is no mention of an additional charge. I checked in with a pet. Later, I found a $75 charge on my card after I checked out. No prior disclosures

They charge credit card without prior disclosures. I do not like surprises. If you are travelling with a pet, be prepared for a surprise charge of atleast $75 per night.

maybe 1oo old vanities stored underneath the hotel from what must have been a flood? The hotel lobby and eating area does not take advantage of the river view.

The room was extremely nice. There were some mixed reviews, but I felt it was very spacious, clean, up to date and comfortable. The location is just gorgeous, there's the river in the back and you're surrounded by mountains.

While there were a decent amount of fast food and chain restaurants on the same street, my husband and I felt there were a lot more food options in Binghamton which was about half an hour away.

I like the location of this hotel for my visits to that area. It is always adequate for my needs.

Breakfast could have been a lot better. Coffee very weak. Staff confused on when there was room service which was not every day. Had hard time keeping the room a comfortable temperature.

It was very clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and welcoming

I thought that the price was on the high side since it wasnt even for 24 hrs. Check in 4pm check out noon they did have room ready at 3 though

Convenient location

Night clerk was bland. No hot water for tea. Pool water could have been warmer. Prices for snacks outrageous.

The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept so well.

I did not like the fact that when I checked in there was an immediate hold of $140 and a $10 hold for incidentals. The next morning an additional $130 hold was on my acct. my acct was at a negative balance because of it. Not happy.

The staff were friendly. The amenities were great - free breakfast, free internet, business center, exercise room, free parking, etc.

The walls were thin, and I could hear slightly clearer than muffled sound from the next room or hallway.

spacious, clean, well-organized room. Excellent and quiet (!) air conditioning. Breakfast above average for motels. Although we did not use the fitness room and swimming pool, they looked clean and inviting. Very friendly staff.

There were no black-out curtains to block out daylight from the window when sleeping in late. The shower design for people with disabilities has poor drainage, so the bathroom floor is completely wet after a shower.

A little too expensive for the area. Having a refrigerator in the room would have been a plus.
