Quality Inn Oneida near Casino

The maid service was out standing!

The breakfast was a huge disappointment! Toast and waffles is a lame excuse for a "HOT" breakfast. I felt cheated and mislead. This was definitely not The Quality Inn breakfast I am accustomed to.

Considering the affordable price, the room and facility were all perfectly acceptable. Friendly staff, easy parking, walkable to restaurants.

The room was nice and clean. Quiet area with plenty of parking.

We got to breakfast at 8:30 knowing it ends at 9am,definitely does not look like they restock during breakfast.There were limited options and several things had run out. No employees in the area.Other places we stayed had someone checking and restocking.

This was by far the nicest motel that I have stayed in in a long time. Very friendly staff and the room phenomenal. Beds are SUPER comfortable. Water was HOT for showering.

It is pet friendly but has carpet in the bedroom so it smell dog in our room with yellow spot on the carpet.

Everything at the hotel has been updated and is new. I recognized the Manager from over 20 years ago. I used to stay at this Hotel when it was a Super 8. It is in much better shape now.

Since changed name to Quality Inn, everything is new, carpet, bed, sheets, paint.

Intermittent WiFi and no clothes hangers

The room looked like ot was recently painted which was nice. The bed was comfortable. I like the light going around the mirror in the bathroom. I also liked the outlet on the lamp so you can plug your phone in to charge.

The bathtub had several long strands of hair in it. The toilet paper was almost out when we checked in also.

Great location. Not too far from the Turningstone. Right in town near shops and eateries.

Construction outside building starts by 7am Don¿t plan on sleeping late.

The rooms should be much cheaper being u can¿t sleep in. I just worked 17 hrs as a Nurse and can¿t sleep due to construction outside. The bed squeaks. I am looking at a wall from my window. Wouldn¿t stay here if i didn¿t have to

I was injured and had limited mobility. The staff was extremely helpful with extra pillows, providing transporting to the doctor and just plain great in the attitude department. We really appreciated their efforts.

There was nothing there to like. See below. This hotel had been closed since Feb. 1, 2022.

There is a notice on the door of this hotel advising that This hotel was issued an "Order to Vacate" by the "City of Oneida Fire Department" declaring "Structure unfit for human occupancy."
