Hampton Inn by Hilton Verona at Turning Stone

Rooms clean and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

I did not spend much time in the Hotel, just in town for 1 night, but the room was perfect for my needs. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The brief interactions I had with staff were warm and pleasant. Would def. recommend if looking in this area.

It seemed a little pricey for the area, but nowadays what isn't.

It was comfortable, close to our destination

No bathtub and breakfast was over too early, not everybody wants to be up and eating before 9am. Maybe have access to muffins, bagels, juice and cold cereal till 11am

The staff was very outgoing and polite. An out-of-town friend for us to join in a band get together. The room was very welcoming, as well as could supply your things if forgot. A little pricey, but what isn't these days. see you all soon

There was no actual vending machines like pictured. Just some stray bags of chips etc. on a shelf.

The cleanliness

Yes the Room temperature was Pre adjusted/ controlled by the staff, wife was not happy about that. Room was pretty hot especially after drinking constantly at casino you want a nice cool room instead it was lukewarm.

Literally everything. From check in, to walking around the hotel, to breakfast, everything was incredible.

The one negative I experienced was the awful road noise, even on the 6th floor, the road noise was unbearable and I got no sleep. My wife slept through it, so if you are a deep sleeper, no worries.

The customer service was horrible. Gave my room I reserved away to the guy behind me in line after telling me there were nomore rooms available. Gave me a smaller room for the same price. No discount no nothin.

Bed was comfortable

Staff was extremely rude. The showers were terrible!

Staff were the best! So very helpful and made our crazy flight cancellations and frustrations so much easier by being so accommodating to us!!

It was very up to date aesthetic wise and very fresh looking!

The only thing was that there was a makeup stain on my bed

Overall, this is a nice hotel in a nice location.

We accidently booked the wrong date. When we arrived we asked to switch the reservation. Staff seemed to indicate that we could do that. We called and messaged several times and never got a credit or response from the hotel. We were charged again for the stay.

Staff was very congenial. Bath was big and clean

Barn door fell off the track. Beds matress moved on base everytime you hit in or out.

Free use of shuttle at all hours

Thermostat in room did not seem to work properly as it was set to 72 because anything less was causing cool air and even at that temp it was still colder in the room

Cleanliness, Location, Courteous staff

I loved the modern room. I also liked the 2 types of blinds. Both privacy but one was light filtering.Large modern shower.

Bed was on the harder side while the pillows were too soft. That's just a me preference not on the hotel itself. Overall, a great stay.
