Pros +

Attention to detail - Real ground coffee, selection of teas and separate hot water maker, cotton balls and Q tips, wide range of toiletries, real milk supplied in refrigerator etc
'Hotel employee was a fantastic host. She was very responsive, and you can tell she put herself in her guests' place by making sure we had everything we needed. It was a real treat to stay here. The room opened out into a semi-private outdoor space that was beautiful

Cons -

This is a both a plus and a minus, but the place was a bit out of the way located on a rough road with very little lighting. Getting there at night was a bit of a challenge, but Amy came out to greet me.
