- Pool and hot tub very very cold and dirty, even the room heater was very cold. Bad experience with pool

- When I asked employees from the restaurant if they have room service they said yes And they asked me order at the restaurant so I ordered and paid $--- Person brought with plastic containers and folks with my 14 oz Prime ribeye steak and Lobster Risso
