Location and cleanliness

Maybe the rust stains in the shower

Clean, well maintained, and those beds! Great night's sleep. Two elderly ladies with arthritis aches and pains got the best sleep they have had in a long while! Quiet! Breakfast was lovely. We drove several hours to come back for a 2nd night. Worth it!

Apparently no rewards when going through a service so didn't get to take advantage of a great offer.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very conveniently located for my stay.

Breakfast could use a little work. The omelette was ?firm? and I don?t recall having an albino sausage patty before (microwaved?).

Clean comfortable room and beds. Quick check in.

Convenient location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was pleasant and friendly.

Had a heck of a time checking in. Arrived at the front desk at 3:15. Though staffers were at the desk, neither acknowledged me. I started timing it - had to wait 10 minutes before getting checked in, though staff was walking back and forth behind the desk

The staff was amazing my kids are autistic it was my daughter second birthday they were amazing they didn't give us problems about our guest swimming they got everything we needed toilet clogged it was unclogged in seconds food was extremely fresh nothin.

The rooms are a little tight for the price. And I wish the rooms had microwaves or at least a microwave on each floor. Pool toys could be fun for the kids and towels more towels in the swim area.

Front desk AM staff understood our concerns. Breakfast was awful do to other guest. No staff there watching guest use there's hands and eating right there. We left very unsanitary * we will never return there !!

Staff  was very rude when we were checking in. We were on the road driving many hours and needed rest. I understand it was change of shift. She gave us a room that faced the highway. Worst night of sleep ever. Would not return

Relaxing, easily home away from home.

The room craftsmanship was very poor. Shower wall wasnt finished, bathroom mouldings didnt line up. Wall texture was over bearing. All of this is nitpicking and unrelevant to my stay so I still rated my stay a 10.

Safety The price was high I was so scared coming from a different hotel that I was told they have bed bugs To the point I left my iPhone in the front desk. But the young men Returned it to me when I called from the room to check on it

No I just need a safe place to spend a night and I¿m very familiar with the Hampton in

It was clean and updated.

The food for the buffet was cold.

Weight Room

The WiFi in the rooms were horrible and we were not able to watch TV. Hotel had nobody on staff to assist us. Very displeased

Friendly staff and very modern decor and very clean.

Check in was quick, agent was helpful, courteous, and accommodating.

The room was not as clean as expected. The chair in the room was dirty. no small complementary body lotion. Only shampoo and conditioner.

Nothing stood out

Their was no hot water out entire stay 3 days 2 nights. We couldn¿t even take a ¿warm shower¿ our entire stay it was cold and so awful!

Rooms are looking a little worn

The location, it was close to everywhere I needed to go.

Several things. Not enough room to explain. Bar closed, found a pill on the floor from either staff or previous guest. Had a child found it and swallowed it they very well could have died. Breakfast was undercooked/stale/old tasting. Etc...

Location, amenities, restaurants and stores near by, free hot breakfast. Fantastic room!
