Appearance, cleanliness and location.

Everything appeared clean and well kept, staff was pleasant. Appreciated that larger dogs (up to 80 lbs) are allowed and with no extra fees. Made choosing them easy!

Value for the payment.

Towels had holes in them, big holes. Not once but two days in a row. Not thrilled about the drop ceilings verses hard ceilings. A bit creepy considering the reputation of some facilities.

Power went out for 7 hours and I was told it wasn?t their fault that I should have unplugged the TV that was making a horrible loud noise! The older man in the morning arrogantly said he wasn?t going to compensate me. I will be reporting this to BBB!

The desk and housekeeper helped me find another room when I had trouble with the AC.

Pillows are not comfortable. Heater is too hot, cant adjust the temperature.

Overall it was neat and tidy.

The air conditioner in the room worked well but had a loud rattle. There was some mold around the ceiling in the bathroom.

Room was clean. Hotel was clean. Front desk employees were very knowledgeable and helpful.

They advertise breakfast. I only saw coffee.

Staff are well mannered

Heat didn¿t work in our room, also there was a crackhead asking for money as soon as I reached the property made my 10 month old daughter and girl scard. It¿s a good place just not worth ---$ for the night

This was one of the cleanest hotels in the Newburgh N.Y. area. I have stayed at 6 different hotels over the last 2 year.

With a king bed in the room it made the room a little crowded. That was the only choice I had at the time'

Room was very clean.

Property could use some updating. There was stain on carpet that looked like water had leaked. Wallpaper over shower was starting to show signs of wear.

Location

Housekeeper came in the room without asking me. I was in a deep sleep because I had a migraine. I was not scheduled to leave for another day.

Friendly staff! No breakfast, but free grab and go snack bags which were great. Free coffee, water, juice available 24/7!

Did not like the small bed pillows and the desk chair seemed broken

It was clean and affordable.

I liked that the diner was right down the hill, though I wish that there was better lighting to get from Red Roof to the diner.

Hotel was reasonably priced, and reasonably clean.

Our room was super damp and had a very strong mildewy smell, immediately noticeable when we opened the door. Even running the AC didn¿t help. My mattress was very old and dipped in the middle. Would¿ve changed rooms had it not been sold out that night.

Telephone not working and wasn't repaired during this 3 day stay. Said fully booked; found out the weren't Didn't offer me use of their phone in this emergency (don't have a cell phone. was told I should have a cell phone)

The staff was pleasant and responsive. The coffee was hot and available beyond breakfast hours.

The room smelled strongly of marijuana. The pool door did not open with the room key card. There was no lock on the bathroom door.
