Location, Price & Staff. Madison Square Garden, Time Square & Penn Station short walking distance

It was decorated cute, staff was very friendly.

The rooms were small, no where to keep things cold or store food.

Loved the decor, the staff, how timely and thoughtful every aspect of my stay was.

The labels of the rooms are a bit misleading but other than that, I adore this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Bed and bathroom were both excellent, but the room was even smaller than expected from photos.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Offered free pack and play to use for our infant. Free cookies in lobby daily. Free reusable water bottle and free various water types in lobby. Option to buy anything you like in the room. Location was perfect!

I wish the rooms were more spacious, but they were clever with the space provided!

Small room, no refrigerator, the shower was awful ( small, no rim to the shower, placement of the shower head was in the middle of back wall, shower curtain did not keep water in, had to shower sideways.

Good location near Penn Station, Times Square & Central Park.

Wifi wasn't working properly but hotel waived the amenities fee as compensation.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Quiet and good light blcking blinds. Great sleep. Room was small but hotel was picked for the bed so no issues.

No amenities (bar, gym ect) which would have been fine except I was charaged an amenity fee...for...I guess bottled water & keurig coffee. I would prefer to save the $103 and have to buy my own coffee in the morning.

Despite saying they would make up my room every other day, housekeeping only came once out of my 6-day stay

Clean. Efficient. Safe. Pet friendly. Very very unique charm. How does everyone NOT know about this place? 10/10 recommend staying here if you can. They do charge an ~$25/day additional hotel fee for water bottles, robes, etc. Worth it though.

This wasn't an issue for me but maybe for others: The rooms are small. I was perfectly cozy though.

Clean, quiet, good location

The bed was incredibly comfortable. No carpeting. Nice and quiet. Easy check in and out.

Room and bathroom very small. Room did not have a mini fridge. One of the jets on shower head was too strong and left your skin stinging.

Cookies in the afternoon and free bottled water. This was our second stay in this hotel

I know it is NYC, but the rooms are very small.

The room was awesome, felt like I was sleeping at home because the pillows, comforters and towels were so nice. The decor was amazing as well. The two gentlemen who checked me in- one at 10pm (Matt?) was great and same as the morning guy at 630am (Dan?).

This isn't anything crazy but I couldn't figure out how to select my room/tv to stream my device.. I am also not super tech savvy though! Not a big deal though since there was plenty to watch on tv.

The beds were super comfortable

The room was a bit small and thus the air conditioning units are too close to the beds.

Needed a room for one night & found Staypinapple through Google Maps. Pretty cute boutique hotel with colorful decor. Small but very comfortable. Centralized yet separated from the craziness of the area. Definitely would consider again.

Very cute and clean, with lots of modern amenities. Amazing location aswell as it is only about 2 blocks from Penn station and MSG, and a ten minute walk from Times Square.

The room itself was a little small if you have a lot of luggage, but there was under the bed storage so not to bad.
